Here is a recap of our intensive 5+ day street photography workshop on the vibrant and historic streets of Istanbul, Turkey.
During this workshop, our group discussions delved into various stages of project development, from raw ideas to advanced techniques, all aimed at crafting a compelling narrative through photographs. Each day of shooting was filled with unexpected moments and fun encounters as we navigated Istanbul's rich cultural areas full of bustling street life.

"I really enjoyed this workshop and our group. Thanks to Jonathan’s familiarity with Istanbul we were able to cover a lot of ground in this large city. There were many opportunities to take photos in a variety of situations. The informal afternoon photo discussion and nightly image reviews were really helpful and made sure that the focus of the workshop was always on photography. Most importantly, Jonathan was very patient and worked well with the various photography levels of each member of the group to make sure everybody had a positive experience and benefitted from the workshop. I look forward to joining another workshop later in the year."

This workshop in Istanbul was really great! As usual, Jonathan does a lot of preparation, so we can enjoy going directly to the best places and shoot a lot. Istanbul is for sure a city with lots of potential, with many different places, hesitating between modernity and tradition, and, though very much touristic, is still very authentic. Reviews (in the evenings ) and discussions (during the day) are always great and stimulating moments during these 5 intensive days, and Jonathan is always very keen on sharing his incredible experience and precious advices. Great memories!
